'Just be a professional, okay?': Hotel front desk employee turns away impolite guest before he can even check in

This hotel front desk worker is testing out their limits as an employee. It appears that a lot of hotel workers are allowed to turn away guests at their own discretion. For example, if a guest wants to check in, and they're clearly rowdy and disruptive after partying all night, the hotel worker is allowed to turn them away if they think that guest will be a disruption to others at the hotel. There are other times when guests treat the hotel staffers really poorly, shouting at them or berating them for things like a credit card not working, or an error with a third-party booking app. The same concept applies here: the front desk worker can show that person the door before even checking them in. They can just refuse to serve them, a concept which leaves the guest with a shocked Pikachu face every time. 

This person shared their story with the r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk subreddit, dedicated to hotel workers with crazy stories to share. You can check out the whole thing below and decide for yourself if the front desk worker was in the right or in the wrong. 

After that, this person was excited for their trip to a popular amusement park, but a Category 5 hurricane left them to wonder on Reddit, "Is this weekend ideal?"
